which parts for 200 4R

Even though its not a turbo buick I figured this was the best place to get some advice on what parts to use. I recently aquired an 87 442 and like some advice or recomendations on what shift kit, servo and governer to use. The original KZF trans was replaced at some point with a garden variety KCF trans. The rest of the drivetrain is all stock at this point but I would like to get rid of the low rpm mushy shifts. What shift kit should i go with, what would be the best governer to use and which servo? I know the GN's had the best servos and the billet ones are even better. I have a 8635692 servo laying around and was wondering if it even comes close to a GN unit or would I be wasting my time using it? Also where would be the best place to source any recommended parts.
