Which springs for stance and handling?

I've got an 80 malibu with a bbc. the front is completly gutted. no fenderwells, no ac/heater, no power steering. what is the best spring to use to get the best handling possible. I was thinking either the 5660 or 5662. I also want to cut enough coils to lower it to where it sits now with the bbc and the stock v6 springs(between 1-2 inches). Also what would be a good set for the rear to lower it about 1-2"?

I'd recommend 2" drop spindles for lowering the front

The Moog rear Cargo coil for G bodies is about 3/4" lower than the stock springs.
