Which Transcooler to Choose??

Hello everyone,
I am getting ready to purchase a Transcooler for my 86 GN and have been looking at the following 2 transcoolers from B&M.

I am looking at the 70264 & 70268.

70264 is rated for 13,000 BTU's and the 70268 is rated for 14,400 BTU's. I need some help selecting one. I am not sure if these are overkill or if it is better to have more than enough? Thanks
