Which Turbo 400 B.O.P. core do I need??Long or Short

Getting parts together for my turbo 400 trans brake deal. Which core do I need to start with short or long tail. Buick Olds Pontiac Housing Correct?

Is there anything else I should watch for?

Go with a short tailshaft BOP pattern.
