You ignore the fact that boxing is part of mma, then the wrestler or JJ guy takes you down and you are at their mercy. UFC 1-10 basically. Yes he has five fight but has thousands of wrestling matches under his belt and now has several years of standup training as well. obviously you have never wrestled or grappled before so you should probably not talk anymore I want to see you or anyone hang with 140 pound NCAA DIV1 wrestler, I use a 140 pounder as an example because they are light and will keep you down all day and smash someones face in, imagine what a HW would do to someone. That's the point of MMA, wrestling is a sort of martial art (requires massive amounts of discipline and drive) and Brock uses it well. For example, Lyoto Machida was 11 or 12 and 0 and is LHW champ and before that was a karate master, he uses his karate to destroy people while he evades every attack, along the way he learned BJJ and muay thai to become a more well rounded mixed martial artist but he relies heavily on his karate skill. Mayweather is an idiot who is bitter his sport has been fading and his true nature(being a bigot) came out.

You must have not read all my posts closely. Im not even a Mayweather fan. He talks too much chit, and is always talking about money(which I hate). However I admire his skill level, and believe his level of skills only come around once in a lifetime. I can care less about skin color. Im just a huge fan of both sports, and followed both of them for many years. I do favor boxing over MMA. I even do a little boxing for fun personally. If anyone has read my posts closely I look at both sides for the comparisons. I actually think it is dumb to compare boxing and MMA, because it is two "different" sports. However to think what would happen between two elite fighters of each sport is intriguing. I would love to see it, but I know it will never happen.

One other thing. I got your first post, but I am guessing you erased it before it was posted on the forum. And to answer all your questions. I am neither white or black. I believe I have a lot of knowledge on both MMA and boxing. Did you read my post on my list of great white boxers. Heavyweight boxing is a joke, not because there are no good white fighters, its because there is no excitement. The Klitchkos are not consistent enough. Vitali was retired for some time, and is now always injured. Wlad a few years ago was getting beat by nobodys, and probably should have retired. One thing about black fighters is they know how to stir up controversy, and that is what gets the general public excited. Controversy sell fights. Black people do that best. GSP is a great fighter, probably one of the best P4P in MMA, and one of my favorites to watch. But he has no controversy with him, which makes him a little boring. Part of the fun of watching fights is what leads up to the fight. Look we are all arguing about this stupid subject MMA vs. Boxing all because Mayweather was talking a bunch of chit about MMA. Controversy sells period.

Tyson did get beatdown by Mcbride. But he also got beatdown by Williams before that. His career was over, as his mind was obviously elsewhere. I was not saying he would still be a good fighter today. Again you need to read my posts more closely. I am saying his skill level in his prime was so great, that now that he is older, his skill level is more on par with everyone else, and can still possibly be competetive with todays fighters if trained right.

Who knows, Maybe Mayweather would get his azz kicked in MMA. Do you blame him for not taking the chance? He probably makes around 20 million a fight in boxing. Last I heard MMA fights were still only getting in the thousands for a fight(correct me if I am wrong). I was never talking any chit about MMA, I was just saying it is still "new", and there is a lot of room to grow. 100yrs from now MMA will be at a whole new level. Who knows if it will be dominated by whites or blacks. Who cares........
