who can i get the non lock up tube from

How do you explain to a guy like me (never in a trans.) what exactly needs done, to prepare for the non-lock converter.
I was told, "Obtain a block off valve for the pump and remove check ball capsule at end of input shaft."
Now I see the shaft in the link....confused.

Part #380 O-ring & Part #480 Ck. Ball Capsule need to be removed from the end of Part #673 Turbine/Input Shaft.

The shaft in this link http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TRG-7-CCV/ is the Non-Lockup valve that goes in the Pump. It replaces the TCC Apply Valve >> http://www.sonnax.com/product-lines/transmission/parts/1803
The TransGo kit has instructions as well.
