I just heard that joke the other day for the first time, and I lost it. That's quality entertainment.

I keep thinking about joining the Coasties when I get out. I should be an E-6 by then which would rule in the Coast Guard. Also, they have awesome Duty Stations.

VMFA-232 Airframes from 97-01 at Miramar. I probably knew some of the same guys that you knew. I guess I had it easy since I didn't have to go on the boat.
