What's the going rate on a recover vs. a used good condition wheel?

My brother has a chance to buy a *mint* (looks like the day it rolled off the assembly line) burgundy wheel for $150. I told him he won't do any better anywhere else. Did I lie?

Definitely NOT a lie. 'Decent' used ones sell all the time for $100-150 and a quality recover will run $250+. He could make a lower offer, but if not accepted, go with the quoted price...where will he find one in that condition for less money? Just an .02 thing. HTH
