Who's GN is this?

Saw a GN on a tow truck going Ewa in front of the Ward Warehouse about 1:30PM this past Saturday. I was going Diamond Head so I couldn't see the license plate. Hope nothing too serious. Is this anyone on the board?

You know what? I seen this one too but I was going the opposite direction.
