Why does this direct drum have different front bushing and inside diameter

I bought a rebuilt direct drum. When putting the front bushing in I discovered it is smaller. I then tried to put it on the center support and found that the inside diameter of the drum is smaller. What is going on here. are there different versions of direct drums out there?

The bores are the same. The th200 drum looks the same but can't hold as many clutch plates but on quick inspection it's hard to tell.

That's from a TH200 like Bison stated. The TH200 is the 3 speed predecessor to the 200-4R.

Thank you guys. Hoping to get this thing together before winter so I've bought a few parts locally. One step forward and two backwards so far though.
