Why Engine is running hot

My 3.8 V6 carburated engine keeps getting hot I changed water pump still getting hot took thermostat completely out still gets hot is it a blown head gasket or a cracked head or something else oil pressure is good oh and I also changed the radiator next I guess I'll need to open her up not wanting too not without knowing what it is I am looking for any idea guy's.Thanks Steve

Is your fan moving enough air?

It seems to be working good

So you said that you took the thermostat out, is it still out?

yes it is and still runs hot not as hot i can drive around town but it gets hot on the highway

I would put a NEW 165* in it and see what it does.

Yeah I can try that it would be easier than pulling the heads

That was my thinking, may as well eliminate all small possibilities before you start tearing big stuff apart.
