Has anyone tried this product seems pretty slick and will simulate the factory O2 sensor??

Zt-2 the most affordable Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Meter
Only $279 including the Wideband Oxygen Sensor!

Yes. Zeitronix is awesome. That LCD doesn't come at that price though.

You get the wideband and the software. I don't even think it comes with a bung.

It shows Lamda, which is what you really want if you run alky, EGT, Boost and A/F.

Items included with each order:
Zt-2 Wideband Controller
Bosch 5 wire Wideband Oxygen Sensor
Oxygen Sensor Harness (10 feet length)
Signal Harness
Serial datalogging cable with RJ-12 to DB-9 converting plug
Datalogging software
Instructions
2 pin connector for the EGT input

Two thumbs up for Zeitronix, I have had this system for a year now and love it. I am able to overlay graphs of boost, egt, lamda, tps, AFR and RPM on the same screen and compare at different TPS voltage or RPM and tune with it. My Translator GEN 2 is also tied into this units 0-5v output for "wideband tracking" and works flawlessly.

wideband kit

The kit at Ballenger motorsports is $254 complete with digital A/F guage. Check the website, the kit will be on my car hopefully before the end of this year.

I use the PLX in my Corvette and it's awesome.

PLX sells an adapter for about $30 that will interface with the autometer, narrow band AF gauge. It makes the gauge read as a standard wideband, from 10:1-20:1. It's worked really well for me.

http://www.bmotorsports.com/shop/product_info.php/products_id/357 check out this setup. It may be the best kit for the money.

Chris

This may be one of the best/accurate kits available in this price range or even at a little higher money. With NGK making it this is a big plus. There is test being done on it at the moment from some pretty good sources I know of and it looks like it is as good as systems like Motec and other high quality brands. I think it can be bought with the Bosch or the NGK sensor, it is with the NGK sensor that its accuracy is being tested with.

With any kit you need to ask about reaction or response time. PLX markets their product as fast reaction or response time with fast settling time.

I just ordered the zeitronix setup with LCD screen and everything. I'll let yall know my first impressions when i get it installled. I can't wait. Im so tired of seeing 02s in the low 700s yet people tell me im pouring black smoke the whole way down the track  . Its gonna be nice to know what its really doing

JD,
Got it installed? Im in the market for a WB.

Man , All Of These Kits Are Awsome Quick Question Though Will The Leaded C-16 Mess Up These Wide Band Sensors And Will Any Replacement Wideband Sensor Work Once One Goes Bad??

I don't think JD has it installed as of yet but it is a fine piece. Another friend has it installed and has been using it for some time.

I will be getting one soon.

Aem also make a nice wideband gauge. It is a 2 1/16 gauge that has different faces and bezels to match gauges you already have. The price is very reasonable 299.99 and a replacement sensor is about 70.00. Ive had really good luck with them and the are extremely easy to read

I remember when the cheap Horiba was 12 grand and it was like carrying around a small suitcase.

Pretty soon widebands will come in a cereal box.

I am really happy with the zeitronix wideband, but a complete kit didn't come cheap. If you want the boost, and egt reading I paid about 620$ for a complete kit.

Hey Guys, would you mind sharing were in the exhaust stream are you installing the wideband O2 sensors?

JDSfastGN did you every get your installed? if so how does it perform. I am considering the Zeitronix unit also.

Does anyone have a comparison between these units listed above and the power logger from Full Throttle Speed?

Thanks to all.
