Will 700 filter work with stock pan?

Gonna change filter and fluid and wondering if the 700r filter will work with the stock pan.I'm assuming the gasket won't so I'll have to get a gasket for the 200.How much fluid to start with?Is it correct to overfill by a quart or not?Dexron or type F?Is the B&M any good?Presently has the Mobil 1 synthetic but don't know if I'll be able to afford it this time.Can I mix any of the above mentioned fluids with what will be left in the converter?

A 700-4R filter wil NOT work with the stock pan. The pan is too shallow and wont even bolt up with the 700 filter hanging too far down.

If you have an Art Carr aluminum pan or a different pan that utilizes the 700 filter, it will work.
