Will alky cause smoke first time?

I am getting ready to install Razors system this coming week. My car has run rich in the past but I have since fixed the problem(killed 3 o2 sensors w/ race gas--high BLM's). I have read that alky cleans deposits on valves, piston tops, etc...Does this mean that I should expect smoke from my exhaust during the first couple of passes with the system engaged? Not trying to pose a dumb question, I just want to know what to expect.

Good Question. Dont know the answer. The cleaning effects are gradual.. so your answer will be no unless too much fuel or alcohol are being pumped in.
