Will front sway bar prevent swaying. lol

This is a dumb question, but I dont think my car has the sway bar on it, because depending on the road it gets in the groves and pulls like crazy, its kinda scary at times. If I put the sway bar back on will it eliminate this?

That's called "tramlining," and has nothing to do with your swaybar. Its your tires. Get your alignment checked, and if that's fine, call the TireRack.
 
Try over inflating your tires by about 15 psi (temporarily) and see if it improves, if it does get some real tires.
