Will my Scanmaster read a fast data stream?

If I get a chip with a fast data stream will I need to do something to my Scanmaster? So far all my chips are standard data streams.

What normally changes with the fast data stream anyway?

I think it needs to be a SM 2.1 to read the fast data stream.

Scanmaster 2.0 will read: Stock x,y,z

Scanmaster 2.1 will read Stock, W,X,Y,Z
