Will this radiator work?

I just bought a new radiator from the dealership yesterday and noticed that it has 2 extra ports in the front tank, the same side as the oil and trans cooler. Does anyone know what they are for? Also, I went to put in the factory fittings for the transmission cooler lines and they will not fit, they sent these threaded fittings to put into the radiator then put the lines into them, the thing is the fittings hit the condenser tubes? Am I supposed to put the lines in the front where the new ports are at or just take it back? Where can I get a new stock radiator with the trans and oil cooler?

The stock 86-87 TR radiator has the tranny cooler holes in the front of the tank. The latest Delco radiators use a different fitting and the ones they give you with the radiator wont work.
