Would I run into problems

I found a set of CCW Classics wheels that I can buy. I don't know if I will have any issues with the tire sizes and BS and need some help on this. The fronts are 17x9 with 5" backspace with 275/40/17, The rear is 17x9.5 with 5.5" backspace with 285/40/17 they were made for a third gen camaro. What do you guys think before I pull the trigger.

Will the seller allow you to bolt them on your car for a test drive? Is your frame notched? I think 5.5" backspace is gonna rub on the frame. Just my worthless opinion, as nobody else posted since I first saw this earlier this afternoon.

I don't think he will let me mount them. I know the BS is off I would need spacers for sure. What is a good size tire for a 17" wheel for the front and rear?

Too much backspace 4.75 is what you want on 9.5/10 wheel

So these would work if I was to order spacers right? I was thinking I might have to ad longer studs also. These wheels are $2,400 without tires and I'm getting them for $1,200 brand new never mounted with new tires, so I'm really trying to make these work.

255 up fronts and 275 on rears would be a good starting point

your better off with 245's up front and 275's 4.75bs in the back
