WOW look at the UPDATED Forecast

My neighbors Ford Windstar van was completely drifted over in their driveway. Our PT Cruiser was also burried last night.

I would rather put up with the "funny talk" than put up with that crap! I haven't missed that in 15 years and these pictures prove to me why I would NEVER move back up north..

It is still snowing here in Woodstock Ontario and calling for it all day..

Home is where the heart is. Also where work, friends, & family are. I wouldn't move from Chicago just because of a once in a decade snowstorm.

I got lucky.The wind was from the north east so most of the snow blew into the corn field to our west and south. Had 2ft deep drift in front the garage to clear out was all.Had more to remove earlier this winter.City dewellers seam to have got it much worse.To many wind breaks i guess. No wind breaks out here in corn field.

Home is where the heart is. Also where work, friends, & family are. I wouldn't move from Chicago just because of a once in a decade snowstorm.

I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wis and lived there for 30 yrs and in those 30 yrs I have seen my share of snow falls. Just because this snowfall came at once don't mean the rest of the winters there are small or easy!!

* I couldn't stand the doom & gloom gray crumby days!
* Snow plows plowing in your cars ever single time it snowed.
* Parking on the even & odd sides of the streets all the time.
* Shoveling your car out and driveway then to have a plow come and you have to do it all over maybe 10 times a year.
* The cold crappy weather 90% of the year.
* The crappy busted up streets.

I could go on and on but even with family back home I have never been more happy living here in TN.. plus this is a perfect place for the family to come visit!
