Unfortunately good motivational speeches or a$$ chewings will not get results from a culture whos catch phrase is: In šāʾ Allāh (إن شاء الله) (translation; God willing) Hell, I'm not sure If as an American Soldier I'm going to put on my uniform and go to work today...
