Wrecked my GN today

Well, I wrecked my GN today.

I was going the speed limit, and I rounded a bend on the I-95 and the guy in front of me locked up his brakes for a racoon on the freeway. I hit the brakes, but you know how well our cars stop, and it came to either hitting him or going off the road.

I went off the road, and slid on the wet grass. I eventually wound up hitting a rock wall. I couldn't get control of the car back. I don't know what's going to happen now.

They towed the car away.

Man, that stinks. Hope you can fix it.

I've got insurance, so I'm covered if they decide to total it, or even if they want to fix it. Its just such a bummer.

That bites large amounts of moose ****! I think you can have them NOT total it if you want, I am not sure how this works, there are some insurance folk on the board, maybe they can answer that question.

If they did total it, I would just buy another GN.... but it just won't be the same, you know?

I have a lot of good memories in that car.

You car would have probably been in better shape if you would have hit the guy in front of you. Front Clip is very fixable. Ask me how I know

No, I actually did it while driving to my friend's house to install the parts. I actually woke up today with the headache from hell and went to the hospital. I have a concussion

Word is the car is totalled. That's what the tow yard said. Oh well, just gonna have to buy another GN to use your parts on, Mark!

I guess it's just a blessing in disguise. My car needed lots of body work to begin with (Mark can atest to that), and this just saves me the trouble.

Anyone got a nice 86 GN for sale?
