I have not received the housing. Shipment has been lost by Postal Service. Enquiry -which can result in getting the parcel to me (it's in Nova Scotia) or claim- must be initiated by YOU. I have sent you pm's and emails and have received no response. Your PM box is now full.
I received a letter from Canada post stating that you, the sender, must contact USPS as they are responsible for investigating and finalizing enquiries. The claim will be finalised between USPS and you, and you can then take appropriate actions.
Paypal says you are "currently unable to respond to this dispute." and that I have to escalate this to a claim.
Please address the situation.
