Wtb 3200 Lu converter

Looking for a decent lockup converter about 3k-3.2k stall. Prefer used but if not I'll find a new one from a vendor. Just trying to find a cheap one to see if it's the right amount of stall to spool my turbo.

When do you need it? i have a Pat's 9 inch 3200 in my car now. planning on pulling motor and trans out soon.
