I have a 9'' (or 9.5'' not sure...) Art Carr non-lockup converter for sale. It stalled around 3500 rpm's in my car approximately...I wanted $500 + shipping for it, but will listen to any reasonable offer!...Let me know

Here ya go. I feel like I'm practically giving this away as it was $900 new. Also, keep in mind there's a distinct difference between an Art Carr converter and a CPT which is built by Art Carr.
