No problems, Upgraded to 60's. Abot 15k on em.

The injectors were working just fine when removed. Had a set of 60# injectors and since the 50s were at greater than 90% duty cycle on my car decided to make the switch. Seems like your decision really comes down to which chip is better for you. If you plan to get a newer chip anyway seems like a coin flip is in order!
