No better way to describe-I guess it holds a vacuum for the cruise control to work properly, its a black black w/2 mounting tabs
shipped 33617-need it to be in great looking & working condition

This is totally round black plastic ball that has 2 mounting tabs & ONLY 1 vacuum line attaches to it
