WTB inside door handle, batt hold down, more

1. Need a door handle (chrome lever to open door) on inside.
2. The chrome strip that goes toward the top of the door on the inside that the pull strap sets in. It comes in two parts and all I need is the part going to the back of the door.
3. I need a battery hold down strap.
4. Plastic pieces that that cover the metal seat belt piece that is above the window on the headliner.
5. The little plastic squares that cover the screws on the door pulls.

It would be great if I could get a package deal shipped to Texas 75501

On the screw escutions (little squares) the ones I have are a brushed aluminum color...not the smoke ones...is that ok??
