Going good for us. We aren't racing just selling some parts. Today Friday was wet, no racing l believe.
Saturday looks great

A new personal best for me , 10.1 @ 142 mph . Just learning this new set up and working on the 60ft which is not good at the moment . It's probably the nut behind the wheel !! Rained out today (Friday) and very high winds and rain @ around 10 pm . I hope the tents are still there in the morning !!

I picked up a handful of new dents overnight from hail, as did several others, and at least one windshield. Track is drying now, looks like they're going to cram it in this afternoon.

I just looked a NWS map. HOLY :poop:!
The folks at BG were VERY fortunate that the damage was minimal.
The single tornado had a continuous path of destruction for over 700 miles.o_O
Went just south of BG and did MAJOR damage East of there.
I lived in Corbin while I was the mining equipment business. We had one then. Nothing like this.

I would like to thanks Eric Mashall and Bob Bailey for helping me diagnose my engine issue. I went to drive my car before coming to the Nationals and I noticed it wasn’t running well. Bob did the original tune on my car as he lives near me in Michigan. Bob and Erick jumped in and before we went 200 yards Bob notice an issue with the way it was running. I have a GNECU so we were able to shut off each cylinder and the first five you could notice a difference when the cylinder was shut off but not number six. We changed out the spark plug wire and no change. We then checked the injector by turning on the ignition and firing the injector and the fuel pressure went down so injector was good. So, I pulled the plug and it was running really rich so it was determined that my vehicle needed a hotter plug as I do not race it regularly or really at all. Made the switch to all the plugs with the assistance of tools from JD and Patrick and all is good. New plugs for my TA motor Autolite APP3924.Thanks again to Bob and Eric. On a side note, I left the event early Friday as a precaution to avoid the pending storm.

I saw that happen in the process of burying mine in the mud trying to get loaded up. Hate to see it, looked like it was on a tear before it happened.

I picked up 30mph+ on the back half of the track every run which finished @ 142mph + , just having a little trouble getting the 60'

I fought 60's too, only got 2 passes Thursday and couldn't get out of the 1.6's, but then drove through the converter until I could lock it in drive. Picked up 28 mph back half just to go 11.0. Would've liked to try turbo pro bracket, but with the weather killing Friday, I just wasn't prepared enough. (Hopefully) there's always next year.
