XFI and knock sensors??

Am being asked about the necessity of using a TR EST module when installing the XFI on an LS3..
Don't know the answer.... have never done this. The answer is??
If this is the case, are the EST modules still available??

That "type" of module is what you need. Be sure to get the knock sensor that goes with it.

Yes they do. However, if knock retard is wanted when using the XFI, it's my understanding, a knock sensor system such as the TR has, has to be used.
