Y-Fitting - Wastegate Solenoid

Does anyone have the details on the Y-Fitting for the wastegate Solenoid? Like, which branch is the small orifice made into and what size is it? What size is the actual fitting?

Why cant you just put a plug in the vacuum line that should be restriced and drill out the center to the correct size of aforementioned orifice?

Got all my answers through search. Can someone just post exactly where in the line is the restrictor orifice? Just mark up the pic.
