Ordered TT 6.1 e85 chip and the 340 pump today.
Running 60# inj, Bosch stock looking adj reg, gbody slic, bison 60-1 stage 3, Rjc boost controller, hot wire kit. Other usual stuff.
Installing -8 or -10 Teflon to front and -6 return.
Goal of low 11 or around 450-500 rwhp. With good voltage and unrestricted lines my calc shows the pump should do the job, with a bit of margin.
Need advice on the following.....other comments welcome. Going to see how this goes and maybe do rt 430 setup next year if I'm happy with e85 or because I want more performance.
1. Decently priced after pump filter? 10-20 micron, or what you guys have proven to work.
2. Running aem wb...is there a chart to convert gas a/f to e85 a/f.
3. Boost start point and limit to meet my goal or max out fuel system, as that will be my restrictor.
4. Timing start point.
5. Trash current reg? If so go with what?
6. A/f start point on aem....10.5?
7. Storage, do you guys run it down and put gas in for the winter, or extended non driving time. Add marvel?
8. Sure I forgot stuff, so fill me in.
If I can't meet my goal please comment on what I can do with this set up. Car runs 12.3 now on stock turbo 22#, 42 inj, stock pump, 100 octane. Love it's current street manners so anything more will be great even if I can't meet my stated goal.
