1-2 shift slips

. Hers is my issue. The trans is a brand new rebuild. At regular acceleration drives fine, shifts kinda hard, but shifts. Under heavy acceleration (when turbo kicks in) it dont move until I lay off the pedal a bit. Especially on take off. It seems to do ok on freeway.

I just noticed the signal oil pipe is half way over the hole on VB and not in the hole.

this may sound dumb but check your fluid level and depending on the trans pan you are using it may take up to 12 quarts to fill
