I need the bolt that goes through the belt tensioner, alternator, and hold the driver side intercooler bracket on. send me a price shipped to 19090. And its a bolt so dont tell me you want $10 plus shipping:D

its approx 7 inches long with m10x 1.5 threads that have an extended non thread tip at one end has a 15mm head and that has a m8x1.25 stud at other end
it was only used for two years of production and only on turbo regals ...so its not just a bolt

Okay, I need the thing that has threads at each end that goes into the tensioner and altarnator...Better?

Im thinking im just going to get an 8" bolt and space the bracket out. If its not exactly right its not going to destroy anything....Now my problem is finding an 8" bolt, home cheapo only goes to 100mm, plenty of long standard sizes tho:mad:

the long bolts that hold the ac compressor (theres two) will work on the alternator but youll need to drill the i/c bracket out and use a couple washers
and the radiator hose clamp to keep the hose off the pulleys

Why go thru all the trouble and wast gas going to Home Cheapo, just pay the $25 shipped from Grump and be done with :). I also have the bolt for $24 shipped cuz it cost me $7 in gas to go to UPS plus shipping

This bolt may be hard to replace, but the sears hardware on county line road has a nice nut and bolt section for all others you need. I used it a lot building my car.

Sears hardware only have Metric up to 120mm which is about 5". I believe the Longest std bolt they carry is 6.5 I was just looking there this week to find a bolt to go through the AC compressor. There are other cars that had belt tensioners there has to be something similar on another GM car??
