115 blm only in 3rd cell

Car runs good with alky and Eriks Tweak chip but O2s drop to 30-90 and blms drop to 115 every time I let off the gas driving normal around town. DS shows all is well except in the 3rd cell which has a blm of 115. Any suggestions/advice is appreciated.

That's not uncommon. Deceleration sometimes confuses the MAF and the BLM's might be a little higher or lower during that time. It's not a problem as long as the car runs ok. The O2's dropping during decel is ok.

Thanks Eric. I knew it wasn't a chip problem because it just started recently and does it everytime I decelerate. I can't correlate it to anything other than changing out my headliner a couple of weeks ago and disconnecting the battery. I greatly appreciate your insight and your help in the past.
