Just watched this on TV here.. She called 911 telling them 2 men were trying to break into her home. 911 said to do whatever you feel like ya have to do.. Intruder busted threw the door.. She was waiting with a shotgun !! Guy got lead poisoning!! Makes me want to move to Oklahoma !!! Sure would like to see the video on this.. His expression must have been priceless !!

A similar incident here, too. [In lovely Atlanta of course.] Perp kicks in the door to a guys house.....BAD CHOICE!! The resident is an Atlanta police officer.
Results: 1 less dirtbag to deal with!
This happens here, frequently. The "actors" are usually dopers that are after cash, or the others stash...In any event, it ends up with a small reduction in the "scum pool"....

The shotgun is, by far, the best "tool" to use in situations such as these...The chance of missing is reduced, and the chances of killing your neighbor 3 doors down is less. [My Mossberg 12ga is at the ready!!]

well an 18 year old young mother. Also has a nice German Shep dog. She told 911 she had a shotgun along with a loaded pistol ready to go !! Her husband just DIED on Christmas from cancer !!! I think she had enuff.. In good ol Massachusetts you are suppose to run out the back door so ya don't piss the poor robbers off NH on the other hand.. You come knockin INSIDE your DEAD !!

the call was also on the TV.. 911 said they couldn't TELL her it was ok to shoot they guy BUT to DO what She had to do !! She also had a very young child there. So she killed one an the other guy ran BUT turned himself in !! But he isn't goin to try breaking in that place again !!

In Canada if you beat up an intruder you go to jail for assault and battery, and may have to pay for damages to the intruder.
Yup.... Good old Canada, not just high taxes....

same here in washington... my friends close friend shot a man with a 30-aught who was in the driveway trying to hotwire a car... Im going to save up to purchase a Home defender JIC mossberg...

Mine is the Mossberg Maverick 88. 18 1/2" barrel with the plug taken out. 6 rounds. [I keep 1 in the chamber, as there's no one else in the house.] Jacking the slide, is the worldwide signal that things are headed "down hill". If your stupid you might. I know a guy that broke some kids arm for trying to steel the stereo out of his car. The kid kept telling the cops he broke his arm with a bat, cops asked him and he said, no, end of story. A guy I worked with had 4 kids show up to his place to beat up his son, his son wasn't there so they figured since the guy was small they'd beat him up instead, he kicked their a$$es. They then turned around and tried to press charges on my co-worker. The cops came down got the story and told the kids to take off and they got what they deserved.

I still like the story of the old retired guy from Texas, who had someone decide to rob him. He was ex military and pulled out his gun and shot him!
