1970 chevelle ss 396 for sale or trade

I am the 4th owner of the car. I have numbers correct 396 cast high per 4 bolt main block with engine work done years ago but not run yet. 60" over . 12 bolt rear end muncie 4 speed gone through. disk front drum rear. Power brakes manual steering, cowl induction, correct gauges bucket seats. Seats good, dash great 59k titled miles ......body great for age no dents, small rust blisters peeking . Drive train out rolling chassis. Possible 40k car when done ...at least . Always wanted a GN and still do don't have the room or funds for both. I thought this would be my project but can't stop the need for BUICK power . Looking for possible trade or 10K obo . Located in Phoenix AZ can email pics quickly will try to post a few . Thanks

Guys I have posted this car on Chevelle sites and other places and I can honestly say the guys here that have inquired have been great but others not so much. 1970 Chevelle doesnt tell u in the VIN much of anything and if...IF I had the build sheet this car would be 3X the price as is. The car is "all there" for someone that always wanted this type car. I have been referring people to this site, so what I am saying is Thank You to the guys the run and browse this site for your professionalism .... Hope to be a GN or T-type owner soon.
