he posted that he had a few parts for sale. i sent him a paypal payment for one of the items he had listed and he never sent the item to me. others that bought items from the same thread said they received what they purchased ....... some quickly and others after a lengthy delay.
paypal returned my payment, but it's disappointing when you're waiting for something you paid for and it never arrives.
if you choose to deal with him, you're rolling the dice .... you might get what you pay for and you might not.
