I am selling my 86 Regal T-TYPE. The car has factory leather interior, engine is for the most part all stock, other than some normal service type items. Exhaust switched to a stainless system.
Color is yellow beige with saddle leather. This is 1 of 44 produced with saddle leather. I was told by the lead judge at the GSCA meet, this car is one of 10 known, between 86-87 in the color combination, and possibly 1 of 1 with the leather option. Trunk has full carpet kit
The bumper fillers were replaced this past summer when they started cracking. The good ones were used, no fiberglass. It was repainted from the upper break line up, due to GM paint cracking.
Ziebarted at the dealer, so it was well protected. Judged at GSCA in Bowling Green last fall and awarded in the new Survivor Class. IIRC it scored 390/400 points. I had wrong valve stems caps on the wheels, incorrect clamps on hoses and wrong color turbo hoses, and incorrect battery. Considering I didn't go to have the car judged, it wasn't too bad.
64,000 miles. Very tight and a quiet car to drive in, and with the full leather seats, great for a longer drive. This is the ultimate sleeper. There are no issues with the car, it starts easily, and runs out the way it was designed. If not sold, I will be driving it to the BCA meet in a few weeks.
The wheels and centers that are shown in the pictures were new, same offset all the way around and the Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires may have 300 miles on them.
The original wheels have a set of BFGs on them
The car is located in Cedar Rapids Iowa.
$17,000 the price is firm
