1st time at GsNationals motivation?

Hello all
I finally made it to the Gs Nationals with my cousins afte 10 years of wanting to go! And I gotta say it exceeded my expectations! It was heaven!!... I don’t currently have a Buick but needless to say I came back super motivated both to buy another and to build my spare junk motor. I’ve never assembled or built a motor but I really want to learn how to do it! No matter what it takes. Today I tore down my junk motor and this is what I found....

Two pistons sat with water obviously. One on each side. Heads look really clean and from what I can tell now so does the crank

I wish I could take credit for that one. That car was really nice unfortunately it wasn’t mine. I got rid of mine about 6 years ago

You know why there are only a few Buick events? Because we are a small group that would go to every one on every weekend and never get any work done. We go for the week and feel it is too short of a visit. Glad you enjoyed it.
