Hi Guys, I just picked up a 200-4R, not easily found when looking for one. I came across it and did not want to turn it down.
On the yellow tag by the tailshaft 033-872HTF1288 came with converter, dipstick and converter insp. cover.
Fluid is red and doesn't smell. Plan on rebuild with new soft parts, CK kit and billet servo. GN or MC governor?
There was a thread once here that all 200-4R trans have the same cases but different preference to MCSS, GN or other Vbodies, servo and governors.
Ideas?
Will go behind a 327/300 hp SBC eventually,(driver).
