200-4R no upshift

Started today. up shifts normally at below ~1/2 throttle, above ~1/2 throttle will not upshift. Any ideas.
My trans guy retired so will probably need a honest trans guy in Orange County.
Could not find anything relating to trouble shooting this in the Pontiac repair manual.

And cruising at ~55 it now downshifts all the way to first instead of 2nd.

Kind of interesting, all these 200 4R owners and no one has any idea what might be wrong with mine.

sOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A BURNT BAND AND WHEN THE VALVE BODY IS COMMANDING 2ND DURING A KICKDOWNTHE BAND DOESNT HOLD AND IT GOES BACK TO FIRST REGARDLESS OF VALVE SCHEDULING INTHE VALVE BODY.

Maybe a TCC solenoid?
