I need some help regarding the 200C servo.
I picked up a used one and was wondering, does it have a 3rd accumulator piston like the Std 200-4R servo?
Also does it use a small spring on the pin end portion, like the std 200-4R does?
Also, instead of teflon or rubber lip seals on the 2nd apply piston, it has metal seals...Good? Bad?

Thanks
Paul

no

Contact CK performance for advice on the teflon rings for that servo. He'll get you in the right direction.

Just got one from Chris it has metal on the apply side & teflon scarf cut on the release.

That's wild.

The one i got from him had a solid teflon ring on the apply side and scarf cut teflon ring on the release side.

there is no return spring on the servo.it uses the cushion spring and oil pressure to knock it off.the good ones are 111 and 112.they are not easily found anymore and imo work better than anything else ive seen or tested.seal rings are used based on what we have in stock:D third accumulator oil strikes the inner piston and washer to knock it off in third.

Thanks for the info Chris.
I put it in this afternoon. I haven't had a chance to do any WOT runs yet. It seems to have taken care of the mild flare problem.

BTW did you get my E-mail?

Paul
