200R4 Hooked up To Ponch 400?

OK experts, got a question on bolt ups..

I'm redoing a 67 Firebird for a kid (not butchering a GN or T, so don't worry)..

Going with a Poncho 400 engine in it and 3.42 8.5 rear end set up too. Will the 200R4 hook up without issues using the general "BOP V8 bolt pattern" theory? The block will be a 69 or 74.

Yes,
It'll hook up to the Poncho motor no problem.

Hope it's a good trans, or the Pontiac torque will kill it quick.
