I am currently running a 700r4 and hate it. Thinking of 200r4. My questions are what is the dif. in a brf to a crf? Advantages? Performance? Also I have read a bit on D5 convertors on the posts. What is a D5 convertor? I Have a 5.7 TPI approx 380 hp and 460 ft/lbs in a 3800 lb car w/ 3:31. Not a race car but go to the track 1-2 a year in street trim. Will a 200r4 handle it? I'd like a convertor around 2600 rpm. D5? Thanks in advance for your time.

what is the dif. in a brf to a crf?

VB calibration & servo size, although I read in another post that the CRF will also work good. Prob have to play with the gov. to get the shift points up to where you want them.

What is a D5 convertor?

Stock GN conv. I have a restalled D-5 behind my 385 & it goes to just about 3000.
