How hard is it to rebuild a 200r4? I have done a 350 turbo? Is there a web site that shows you a break down of it or steps to do it?

Chris at CK performance has a book that's well worth the reading. It includes the mods so it'll be stornger than stock. He's on the board as chris718 and posts mostly in this section. Great guy to deal with.
