Man I wish I didn't have a event for my pool league I been looking forward to this event

I don't think there is an organized meeting location yet to caravan. That is not a bad idea though. Historically, the Dallas side and the Ft Worth side would meet at a Love's somewhere south of the 35W & 35E merge.

I'm planning to go and I'm pretty sure Phil is going. Planning to leave my house at 8am, that should put me by the Loves in Hillsboro around 8:45-9am. Gates open at 12 right? That is if its not supposed to rain that day…we'll see on that one. Can adjust time if needed.

This will be a bracket event with a max of five classes but there may be less but no less than two classes. Pending car count and ET's

Class A 6.99 and faster
Class B 7.00 - 8.10
Class C 8.11 - 9.10
Class D 9.11 - 9.80
Class E 9.81 and slower

4 class scenario
Class A 7.20 and faster
Class B 7.21 - 8.20
Class C 8.21 - 9.20
Class D 9.21 and slower

3 class scenario
Class A 7.99 and faster
Class B 8.00 - 9.50
Class C 9.51 and slower

2 class scenario
Class A 8.00 and faster
Class B 8.01 and slower


After Time trials we will set the classes, there will be a drivers meeting before Eliminations start. It is $10 to bracket. This $10 will be collected at the drivers meeting.

Example only: 40 cars and 4 classes that is $400.00. $100.00 to each class winner. The more cars the bigger the payouts.

We will have a car show for those that want to attend but bot race. $10 to enter.

Trophies and $$ for Race and Show.




I'll post up a weather report by Wednesday after I talk to the track. Stay tuned.

Waiting to hear back from Kirk but yeah it looks bad. The area is getting a lot of rain now and will be to wet even if it clears on Saturday. Trying to set up a rain date stay tuned.

The final decision will be made tomorrow. If we do indeed get rained out the new date will be May 30th.
