Theres a new Paypal alternative out and they are giving you $25 free when you open a new account!

Check them out, I already signed up & collected my $25. It's been deposited into my bank account already, so I know that this is a true offer. No obligation, even if you don't use them. You can sign up just to collect the free money.

This FREE offer is closing May 15th - so hurry & collect!!!

FINALLY!!! give paypal some competition :p Ill have to check it out later !!

Thats what I was thinking!

They have NO fees like Paypal does! (for buyers or sellers).

They're growing bigger daily, and the places you can shop at to use this account is expanding... right now it's still in beta testing (but working great), so they haven't gone "full blown".... yet.... thats why I think they're offering this free money, as a promotional tool. Collect it while you can!

I set up an account. Now to find people who use them so that we can use it like we can with paypal..

cool deal.

paypal used to be free back in the day but obviously it was a teaser. they still make big $ just holding your cash for a few days. now fees are just the extra.

Hmmmm $25 free these days... let me know when the big CATCH comes and slaps you in the face.

But I agree it's nice to see some PayPal competition, even though I don't think most people will stop using PayPal.

I thought there would be a catch too, but if you think about it, $25 isn't really anything compared to other advertising costs the companies spend to get the word out.

Paypal has been around for awhile & probably the most well known & used service of that type, besides being owned (& promoted) by ebay, so its no doubt most people will use it (whether they really like it or not).

But other similar companies have to start somewhere, so in the meantime while this one grows, might as well take advantage of getting this bonus money from them.

Could be good for now just using this service for personal trades (like buying stuff from other board members) until sometime in the future when they hopefully will be more widespread and accepted on as many places as PP.

The only reason people prefer paypal is because a lot of (other) people use and accept it. Not that its the best service, which it surely isn't (you've heard all the horror stories about PP I'm sure). So until more people start to use something else, PP, for now, will rule the online world.

yes, its safe.

I got my $25 for signing up, then linked my bank account & credit card. Then transferred the $ to MY bank.

Its been almost a month & NO problems!
