I Need 4 center caps new or mint used but must be matching from 87 Regal T-Turbo

Will pay $250-300 for mint new set

Will also pay top dollar for mint shop manual for 87 T-Type and any sales/promotional literature, especially on WE4

Your may want to check ebay out as well.

I know there is a company that reprints the shop manuals and sells them on ebay. You can also find a set of originals every once and a while. The same goes for littiture...they reproduce some things and list them on ebay as well. You can also find magazines etc. As for center caps, me and a few others are actually reproducing these caps if you can't find any. I ran in to a few snags but should be back to normal next week.
