4.1 4 bbl na engine

I have a 1981 monte turbo that Im building a 4.1 na motor for. what do I have to do to the 4.1 4bbl na engine internally in order to put it in place of the 3.8? I want to bolt on the turbo from the 3.8. to the 4.1

Hyperutectic pistons are the cheapests option but custom forged are a good idea. If you want a better idea on the turbo click on the second link in my sig which doubles the flow of the turbo.:biggrin:
