I haven't opened up the article and read it yet, but MSN headlines are that 4 Washington state Police Officers were just shot dead in an ambush in a coffee shop.
This type of thing is just getting unbelievable.
My prayers go out to the loved ones, families, & personnel involved.

Killed 4 cops... If he is still alive, I am thinking he will not be when he leaves wherever he is currently cornered up. And I won't be the slightest bit bothered by this.

From what I get, Huckabee released this guy 9 years ago! He had been a teenager when arrested for BURGLARY and THEFT!.....NOTHING about murder, rape, battery or any physically damaging crime.

He commuted a 95 year sentence to 45 years making him available for parole after 11 years served.

He said he had checked what records he had on the man, the parole board voted 5-0 to release him, and the sentencing judge agreed!

I don't see any problem for Huckleberry, but I DO see problems for the 2 judges that let him out on bail for assault on a police officer and a RAPE of a 12 year old female family member 2 weeks ago!!!!

Certainly nothng like Dukakis releasing a KNOWN MURDERER!!!!!!

you know what strikes me with this story? I am in a public state school, my college calls my cell phone, home phone, and writes an email if there is a drill or emergency on campus with in minutes and most of the time within 1-2 minute. we have 35,000+ students.

I called a family member the morning of the shooting, who happens to be a LEO in that county and they didn't even know about it till 2 and half hours after then fact because I was calling frantically to check up.

if a public school, notifies me with in minutes of drill/emergency, call me crazy but one would think that law enforcement county officials have the capability to get ahold of all LEO's, at least within the city, before 2 and half hours go by to inform them that 4 officers are confirmed dead assassinated. but I am no cop so I don't know anything about how their system works over there, but.....without going off im dumbfounded here. its late, but am I a bad person for wanted to do extreme things to this killer? WWJD?

I personally think 95 years for burglary and theft would have me pretty pissed off at my government,exspecially if it was when I was 16 years old when I did it...But then he rapes a child,he should have never got out on bail for that one,thats where the state dropped the ball!

Even the judge said his sentence for 95 years was a mistake,granted he did this now but who really knows what 11 years(but thinking he was doing life for theft)in prison did to him..I can see hating the police/government but not killing or raping anyone...

The guy had issues and im glad he is dead now and our streets are safer 100% but..........The state dropped the ball twice,imo...
